Beautiful Turkish girls

Turkish girls are beautiful. Turkish women are often educated and most of the times quite nice. In fact, I think they are perhaps some of the most loyal and best wives in Europe.  However, there is a problem with ladies from Turkey, if you are an American or British guy.

Take girls from Istanbul for example, they have a mix of exotic ancient people’s like from a fairy-tale or a primordial dream of what love is, yet often with a snowy complexion.

The fundamental reason why Western guys have a challenge to get mobile phone numbers of Turkish women and date them is, woman from Asia minor come from a radically different culture than you.  They are a Mediterranean culture which makes them usually warm and friendly, however, they are Muslim and this is a different religion than most Americans and English guys. I believe in the commonality of all people, however, culture plays a role in how people see the world.

Turkish Female Y DNA Haplogroups – This is science, so to say for sure a female from Asia minor has to look a certain way is very closed.

In theory, it should not make any difference, as ‘you are your religion’, however, for a long-term relationship this could be potentially a show stopper.

Meet a lady in a club or on the street and find out latter where she is from.

In my experience the relationships that work best are those that have two people who are most similar to each other.  I know people say opposites attract, but this only for the short-term.  I think people who are similar in beliefs attract and stay together longest.  It is just common sense. This has nothing at all to do with race or look, but rather world view. Birds of a feather flock together.  People who have different world views can become friends later in life if they stay together, but people who are similar,  fly.

Girl in a Turkish cafes, lounges or discos are there to relax with friend, not to get hit on by guys. If you want to meet a princess from a hikâye I recommend meet them during the day int he market and take them to the club later in the week. Or just go to a dance club they will be there with their girlfriends not an inner circle of mixed couples, which is not optimal for picking up a Güzel kız. By the way, Turkish for beautiful girl is Güzel kız.

There is a lot of debate about what a Turkish girl looks like.   Pour a Turkish girl into tight jeans and Western makeup and she could be the girl next door in Anytown, USA.
Below are some photos of “Turkish girls” lets say and can anyone tell me if they are real or just look like an exotic Eastern Mediterranean?

People say they can spot a Turkish girl in a crowd, bar, disco. They say a Turkish lady can be recognized in a photo on on a street corner. I disagree 100%. Although there is a general commonality of features from the Eastern Mediterranean because of adaptation of diet and climate, you would be surprised about the diversity in Turkey with female facial features. Come on Dr. Oz is Turkish, but dressed smart on his show he looks like another American.

Once you get a Turkish girl in Western clothes (or out of them, mind you) and her hairstyle and make up is like a European, it is hard to discern where in the world she is from.

For example if you see a Turkish girl in London with Parisian style you will not definitively be able to say where she is from. She is out of context.

The reason being The ancient people of Asia Minor are the Hittites, the Phrygians, the Cimmerians, Lydia, Caria and Lycia,  Anatolian and Thracian Turchia with the Seljuk Turks coming latter. Even if you have someone who is speaking the Turkish language they are only a percentage mixture of ancient peoples.

Turkish are 70% of the people that live in the borders of Turkey.  And mixed in that I would estimate the majority a mix.  Although 85% of Turkish people speak the people are a melting pot reflecting their history. Oğuz Turkic are famous but who are the others?

But even with the Turkish majority the question is, who are the Turks? Are they Seljuk Turks  or Aeolian and Ionian Greeks. Are they remnants of the Odrysian Kingdom or Levantines.

In addition to the Kurds there are a lot of Sephardic Jews, Armenians, and Greeks

The Turkish Constitution article 66 defines a Turkish person living in Turkey as a citizen.

Turkish girl looks

Turkish girls are actually from Asian origin, but over 1000 years there is big mix.  First, there are Ancient peoples, like the Hittites that are mixed in.  Then Byzantine for sure mixed in as well as others. So I have noted variation of looks between Turkish girls in the east and west of Turkey. Read some summaries of The Book of Dede Korkut to get an idea of this mix.

They basically have a very classic ancient world look.  They tend to have wide hips and thin waist.  Their faces are broad rather than long, like northern Europeans.  Turk girls are attractive and generally all around nice people. I really like their look, but on the other hand I think every woman in the world has her special allure, so do not ask me.

There are a number of reasons why women from Turkey are top for wives, they are a combination of sophisticated, sensual and have high morals. To date a girl with this combination of virtue in the west you basically have to be rich, a movie star or football player.

How to get a Girlfriend from Asia Minor

I will keep this short and sweet, go there, I did.

Here are some ideas:

  • Istiklal street or Cicek Pasaji maybe clubs next to each other to find a girlfriend.
  • I personally recommend 360 located in Istiklal Avenue in Taksim
  • Baykuş in Taksim.
  • Ask the hotel  concierge,  but make sure you specify nice girls or he will send you to Laleli after some Russian girl who are lets say ‘tourists’.
  • Go to clubs where you will find skinny young and hip girls there that listen to house music. I personally love DJ and house clubs.

Turkish girl risks – know them before you get their mobile number

The risk with Turkish girls is, however, small, that if you are looking for love, they could break your heart because they are looking for money not love. However, I think this is 100 times less than dating a cosmopolitan western girl.   Turkey was once called is the poor-man of Europe, I would not say that is true anymore. Maybe there are some women who would love to escape poverty, even if it means marrying a western guy. However, I do not see this as a real factor as Western Europeans and American girls have a high flight factor according to marriage statistics and this by far outweighs any chance a Turkish female would try to take advantage of you. Maybe this was more true years ago, but I have many Turkish friends and I can not see this.

Is this Cyprus, Greece or Turkey? – When your heart is moved by a girl from Istanbul you have to leap with your heard as much as your heart or down the road you will have relationship crossroads of choosing your culture or your love. Make sure you know what you are committed to. I married a girl from another culture, I choose love.

I mention this risk only because I know guys are concerned about this issue. But this issues is becoming more of a non issue, as the world is changing and I do not think it is a problem with ladies from Turkey, but some people in general. If you go to Istanbul or Ankara its like any city in the world, there are good and bad people everywhere. I personally love Istanbul and the Kapali Carsi or the Grand Bazaar, also go to the Sultanahmet Camii, try the food do it all. Do not go there to just pick up cell phone numbers of Turkish girls. Which is not bad mind you, just enjoy the city a bit and let destinies hand guide you, instead of going for the direct approach and playing the numbers game.

There are 37 million women in Türkiye, like 5 million in Istanbul alone and another 4 in Ankara. If you can not find a nice gal in Anatolia then you have to examine the way you pick up women.

Turkish girl’s names are easy to remember and most have a sweet shorten form and they are not written in Arabic script. This is all good for the linguistically challenged western guy like me (I actually have a language site, still).  They usually take names that mean something connected to natures. This is one of the first things you can talk to them about, that is what does their name mean. Some examples are  Melis, Berra, Ecem, Sibel, Tuana.

I spend a lot of time in Istanbul and the people there are very warm (I think it is the sun, similar to other Mediterranean cultures, watch the movie Mediterraneo and you will see what I mean).  The Istanbul girls are like western girls but a little warmers and more conservative. Which in my opinion is actually a good thing. For marriage or a you want a conservative bride, not some crazy women who will tell you how wrong you are all the time like many ladies in the USA.

I think this risk they will leave you in marriage is low if you look at marriage success rates compared to the USA.  I call this the flight factor, this is because many are still very traditional.  In fact, it is much lower than the flight factor of an American girl in general.

My conclusion is, Turkish girls are beautiful and educated but the difference in culture and economics could make a long-term relationship hard.  But with love all things are possible.

  1. I never had any problem with turks when walking aroung with my girl in Istanbul. They did not stab me or attack me or anything. Istanbullus (people in Istanbul) seem to mind their own buisness.

I think every man with self respect should try to find a Turkish woman.

Turkish girls are way more beatiful than Swedish or American women.

If you wanna know just book a flight to Istanbul and go to the bars or the hundreds of small concerts taking place every week and you will find Turkish women that are talkative and social. But of course some of them dont date with non-Muslims but many of them do.

Its definitely worth it. My Turkish girl has brown semi-cruly hair, black sparkling eyes, a very beatiful face and a nice jaw-line and very beatiful teeths. She is much more handsome then any Swedish woman I have been with. Guys with blye eyes are very popular in Istanbul. In average. Some guy above sad that Turkish women have broad faces (well not as long faces as the north European women) and I agree. I also notices this jaw-line thing with Turkish women. They have very nice lines in their faces. One more thing, they can cook very good food too. Once u go turkish you wont go Swedish.

    1. Thank you for kind words about Turlish women, I am a Turkish girl born and raised and it does my heart good to hear such things.

  2. After reading all comments, I’m now more concerned that nobody from abroad knows turkish women.

I’m a Turkish Girl, born in Antalya, living in Istanbul.

First of all, I wanna say that you can see the most beautiful and the ugliest girl/woman at the same time, that u could ever see in your life, in Turkey. As everybody says, our origins really multiple and you can never generalize about Turkish women, But as a person who had been to many countries in Europe, their women are not more beautiful than us, we’re the same. For turkish guys, it’s so because they’re always chasing after blonde hair, blue eyes and long legs.
Plus, the ‘demanding’ ones are the most traditional ones, not all of us!
About purity, it became something about character, not the origin. If you’re 17 for instance, and don’t have your purity, you’re not a wh*re but it’s true that people in general wouldn’t see you in a good way.

I’ve read something about stealing money and disloyalty but come on. You can’t say ‘it’s the Turkish woman’ Sorry dude, but it’s completely your unlucky. The old generation was more loyal than us (I’m 21) but now, unfortunately, our girls wanna live in an all european way and they think it’s the way that they do in europe! Shame! And also, they sometimes wanna cheat because the turkish men are not loyal at all, so the girls wanna make them have the feeling that is got when you’re cheated.

To sum up, I can neither say ‘we’re like that, we’re like this’. If I did, I would be mentioning about just myself, not the turkish women in general. Please don’t do that. It’s all about your luck, the places/cities that you go in Turkey, and your behaviour to Turkish women!

  3. Grant H has been in Turkey for nearly a decade working within the diplomacy field – if anyone has a good perspective then it’s going to be he. Mant Turkish people such as Hakan, Cenk and Serdar have affirmed what I have said as well. So, the case I made initially within this post is looking extremely strong.

If anyone re-reads Grant H’s post, he mentioned unsanitary conditions…

…I got ill in Izmir after eating in a restaurant. Evidence yet again.

    Carry on …

  4. I am a half Turkish and half Russian woman so I see both worlds. I prefer British men to Turikish men. I know Turkish men seem exotic, but there is a lot that goes along with that.

  5. @Johan, thank you so much, sweetie for your kind words about Turkish girls.

  6. That woman under blue scarf is not Turkish, also not looking Turkish. Turkish women cover their head totally or not. It’s not Turkish way I mean.

And Turks are not as white as Estonians also not as dark as Indians.

Another things is, Turkey welcomes millions of Middle Eastern tourists. They mostly come to Istanbul because Istanbu has Muslimanity’s holy things(carried from Cairo, Arabia etc centuries ago) and Turkey has millions of Kurds.

I’m blonde naturally and Turkish, my complain is they think I’m a tourist and when they see a woman with black hijaf they think she’s Turkish. It’s a problem many of my friends have…

Another thing is, Turks don’t really like it when you say “Waow! You don’t look Turkish, you look Swedish!” or “Middle Eastern women is exotic” This people has no region and Turks feel “both” European “and” Middle Eastern for centuries. When you pick one, no one likes it.

The last two guys I’ve flirted, (one was Polish, other French) their manners started to annoy me seriously. I ended both. I repeat again, don’t ask questions like “Are you OK in Turkey now mon amour?”, “You are Muslim you wouldn’t like what I tell you now.” No one wants this manner. It’s horrible for patriotic people like me. Turkey is absolutely mad about paying radical Islam and terrorists’ price that it doesn’t have. “East finds us religionless and Western, West find us radical and Eastern” is a famous complain here, don’t let your “girl” feel it.

About Turkish girls with hijab, they’re just for Turkish/Bosnian/Albanian etc ones 🙂

And about everything, Turkish girls are humans, I wanted to tell the special situation about them.

    1. I’m Turkish with Ottoman roots and my skin is almost as pale as snow, my Hair is naturally Ash blonde and even you yourself say that you’re naturally blonde even tho you’re Turkish- so why the hell do you generalize the whole women in the country by saying they have darker skin and cover their hair?

To be honest I met really few women in Turkey who cover their hair at all- be it by scarfs or hats. We’re mostly Muslims but it’s not an Islamic country in general. And the girl on the last picture could definitely be Turkish.

The reason why a lot of men could find Turkish women so attractive, is because they’re usually mixed between Asian countries and European countries. It’s a mixed country that has a lot of ethical roots like Australia and America- which is why there are Turkish women who look Mongolian/Chinese as well as Swedish, British, Spanish, Italian and even African.

And just for the record: When a Turkish person tells me that I don’t look Turkish- and my whole life I have only met 2 Turkish people who didn’t tell me “What? You’re Turkish? REALLY? I don’t believe you!”- I’m actually quite honored. It’s a compliment. I like that people can’t guess where I come from- and I love how much people in other countries think that I’m one of them.

As for me- I don’t feel attracted to Turkish men at all, which is why I gave up on hoping for a Muslim man. I just hope that he’d maybe convert- but not for me, I wish he’d believe in what I believe in without me asking him to. If he doesn’t, I’ll accept his decision if he accepts mine, I wouldn’t feel attracted to a strict-religious person in general anyway, so I don’t fear about that. I live in Europe- People here can totally separate culture from religion, so.

Everything that’s been said above about Turkish women in general is true. I might add that most of them are really bad at relations (what I’ve heard). But since I definitely don’t fit the cliche- I can assure you that there are exceptions.

  7. I am a guy from Turkey. I come from a little bit Slavic ancestry. Have real green eyes and blonde/brown hair.
I read that %30 of the people in Turkey have green eyes. This is totally a lie (for both men and women), they have light brown eyes at most. %80 of the girls look like arabs who have a darker skin, brown/black hair.

I cannot understand how Europeans and Americans can think of Turkish women beautiful over east-European and Russian ones. I really laughed out loud when I read this page. I was thinking actually that Turkish women are average in the world. But after going to Russia, my thoughts are changed. Maybe they are still average ones but there is a lot of gap between a Turkish girl and an Eastern-European and Russian ones. I both mean the looks and the character. I found Eastern-Europeans more feminine and loyal, also much more attractive. I also think that Turkish girl like Turkish looking guys more.

I mean darker skinned, black-haired/eyed guys are more wanted by Turkish women. I think it is because, they just only look for a man of their own. Overly handsome men (like European ones) which can be very rare to find in Turkey, can’t get girls’ attention in Turkey. They think handsome men are cheaters which is really the opposite of the facts.

For being smart and working in the economy, I think they can’t do their job well except for teachers and doctors. Some of them can cheat on their bfs. And for virg_nty if u ask, it is nearly as in the US. The former generations were way purer. For this aspect, I think Chinese are more pure. I really am thinking of going abroad and settling down, after seeing Russians with my own eyes. So I would not bother coming Turkey if I were you, as men with higher status/education (who are able to cover the cost of settling on a foreign country) are going out of here.

  8. One thing I can say is that everyone is beautiful but true.
Turkish culture is an exquisite thing. Full of exotic beauty. True Turkish women are unlike your “average” woman, almost as though they are of a different world, with their generosity and love for everything they are what we need to realise are practically the superior race. They are the only country that showed compassion to the jews after the holocaust and were the only country that welcomed them in with open arms. It’s not about religion, but the manner of a person holds grave conclusions as to who they are. I hope that by reading this you don’t think I’m being conceited and only supporting by belief. I am extremely open-minded, but coming from our ancient exotic culture myself I only wish to finally speak and not single out anyone. We’re all beautiful but it’s nice to be respected for who u are rather than others making assumptions, that’s all I have to say and I love you all.

  9. I’m Turkish girl and I will never married with a non-muslim man. I will not ever do this as faith of the man is important for our union to be true.

    1. Yes Selda you are absouletly correct, never marry non-muslims as the faith of man is very important, when children grow up they will follow fathers faith.

    2. It is such a shame when a person would close their minds and hearts to the possibility of love, and betray their future to live in the past. Religion is a belief and one cannot be born with a belief. I am not always proud of America, But one thing I am thankful for is this: that people here are encouraged to think for themselves. It doesn’t matter if no one else in the entire world believe about God the way I do, its my birth rite to decide, I could never imagine the God that made the infinite wonders of the universe and the galaxies, would actually be looking down, and thinking” that person shouldn’t eat meat,or that person should walk backwards once a day, or that person does not make me happy because they shaved the hair off their face, or that person shouldn’t love that person, its absurd and insulting to God to imagine that He would be so petty and small minded.

    3. I am a Pakistani guy. I think Muslims should follow the islam and we must have our own Islamic values. Being a muslim we should practice islam and before searching a partner we should see iman and believe on Allah and Prophet Muhammad PBUH.

Beauty does not matter, partner should be caring and must understand you. Otherwise beauty will be dissolve after few years and you do not want to even see each other.

May Allah lead us on the right path of islam.

      Thanks to all.

  10. Yes, I am a Muslim girl and I will never get married with a non muslim guy. We have not got the same culture, nor the same God; we are just all different.

    1. I understand what you are saying as I am Catholic and married a Catholic. Race or country does not matter, however, when it comes to something as important as faith or the way you see the world it is easier to marry someone who has the same belief system.

Yet, I take issue with the idea that God is different for the Muslims and for other people. God is God, the same for all people and all of creation. The language of expression we use to communicate with the Universal is different based on our cultural upbringing, but the All Mighty does not change, just our understanding of him does, both through time and culture.

Further, the Jews, Christians and Muslims worship in the same prophetic tradition. There has to be an understanding in this world that we are all God’s children and cultural differences have to stop if we want world peace. Maybe it is best that everyone mixes races and cultures and faith so we are one.

Turkey is a country of one culture and faith now but it assimulated many in the past to make it what it is today.

      1. I totaly share your believes and agree with you with 100%. Only religious fanatics can think that their religion is better than others. Everybody needs to visit Jerusalem to understand that the God is one in many faces for all people of the world.

        1. We are all children of God, the same God.

    2. My dear, the God is same, the way to celebratea little different, better you know other religions too before you speak.

  11. I just want to say, I am a foreigner living in Turkey for 2 years now, and I have never met warmer girls than Turkish girls, although I have never truly understood them, I think they are charming, beautiful and educated. I should also add that it is only most of them, there are some who tend to remind me of girls back home, proud and arrogant, and will never get a sensible guy, unless they change their attitude. Overall they are among the best women in Europe.

  12. Never, could I imagine and scenerio where I could get married to a non-Muslim guy. We have not got the same culture. Bye no kiss.

  13. At first, I would like to point out that Turkish Culture is unique in the world in that it has influenced and has been influenced in return by cultures and civilizations from China to Vienna and from Russian steps to North Africa for over a millennia. Turkish culture reflects this unparalleled cultural richness and diversity, and remains mostly shaped by its deep roots in Middle East, Anatolia and Balkans, the cradle of many civilizations for at least twelve thousand years, so talking generally about turkish people (not only women) is even very complex, just you must come Turkey and live for a long time, as I don’t know still properly many things about Turkish women to explain even though I have been living since I was born here, I just can say that the women who live in the west of Turkey are more sophisticated, cleverer, educated and more beautiful generally, the others who live in the east and the middle of Turkey are more innocent, candid, have god fearing a lot compared to western girls.

If I talk about the skin colour of Turkish women, % 80 are totally white, pinkish or whitish, and you really can’t find the girls who have black faces or very brown ones, maybe because of the hot weather of Turkey, some girls look like so brown :D, since we have a tan. Apart from this, I think, our girls more respectful than almost many country’s girls except Arabic countries, for example you can find many naughty girls from other countries, especially Ukraine and Russia, but I don’t think so that people can find these kinds of Turkish women in other countries, as it is related to our religion (Islam) as well.

About Turkish women’s beauty, I think generally they are good looking, but I don’t agree Turkish women are generally more beautiful than swedish, slavic and british girls, maybe some of them are really amazing and awesome and also they aren’t as feminine as European women I think, and I have realized that some people tend to make Arabic girls as not beautiful, because they think that they all are black, but only in some of Arabic countries people are black, the others are totally very white and have the most beautiful skin. That’s all about I can mention.

  14. Hello guy, my name is Naz and I am a Turkish girl. Firstly thanks for all your nice comments about Turkish girls, I have read them all and some of Turkish girls comment too and they only say, they wont marry non-Muslim guy.
I was like how can you say this? I will marry the person I fall in love with and I do not care about his religion or anything. If you think I’m weird or atheistic, I will have to disagree, I am not. We are all different yes, different cultures ,foods, family, country everything but is that matter? Love is all that matters, more than everything else, that is what I think please respect this, kisses from Turkey

    1. Naz Islam prevents some kinds of marriage. Like a Muslim man can’t marry a mushrika( a pagan woman). A muslim man only can marry ahlul kitab ( people of the books Jews and Christans) beside Muslim woman. Concerning Muslim woman, Islam prevents Muslim woman marrying non-Muslim men.

  15. I’m a Turkish girl but I don’t care what religion my boyfriend or what religion have the man that I want to marry.

I’m Muslim but l believe the religion should make border between good or bad people bad person bad everywhere in every religion so I don’t agree if two person love each other why religion don’t let them to marry.

I can marry a man who is really bad or killed someone but he is Muslim but I can’t marry good personality someone because he is not Muslim I believe religion put peoples in good behaviour so for me no problem about Turkish girl some of them really open-minded but l can tell almost all of them care about hospitality or they re nice and someone said Turkish girl dark skin and looking like Arabic I’m not agree with this topic cuz there is a lot of arabic immigration in turkey they’re not Turks we have dark skin people but not too much.

  16. I am Turkish girl but I don’t want to marry Turkish man. Prefer Muslim but not Turkish man. I really dislike them. They believe that they are perfect, handsome than all other men. They think all girls created for them and all girls must be slave for them and also their family. They see all girls as easy if they behave warm. They are good liars and date young ones only or old foreign women for marriage for citizenship or their money. They never do housework cause they say ‘that’s woman work, I never do’. When they see man from different nation, they say bad about them as not great. They are abusive and do not treat women with the respect they deserve. For example:;jsessionid=D7756CF2D582455258EB0B2F46AA1DA7?newsId=274489

    1. In the USA or any country the number one suspects in crimes are always people who are married or close friends with the victim. This is a universal problem, that crime happens most often within a circle of friends and acquaintances and relatives. I am not saying this is not happening in Turkey and is not tragic it is. But every Turkish guy I know is a normal and would not even entertain something like this. Maybe they are a bit full of themselves, but I think there is a strong influence of macho Mediterranean culture of dating plus old fashion ideas about women. However, you are right there are some extreme examples. But is this worse then living in Detroit, Michigan? I think not. Look up the crime statistics for something like Detroit and compare it to any Turkish city.

    2. Me either they are thinking god serve everything for men and women working men too but when they come back home men watching TV or going outside with his friend at the same time women doing housework and cooking take care children and men never help this is not true. I don’t wanna that kind of life. I wanna separate my life with who that I get marry l wanna spent my time with him I want a share everything with him I want to that he gonna help me but Turkish men most of them never care that because if they marry women has to do everything if she is working they don’t care she has to do that is no fun by herself.

  17. Do not use a Religion as a Flag or your dress code. Do not consider other people like animals just because they were born in different faith. I was born in mix racial family with different religions. It was my choice what way to go, when I grew up. So it is not automatically given to you as you thing. If you are strong in your heart and if you God is deep inside of you, do not afraid to marry a foreigner with different spiritual background. Learn bu Suleiman Magnificent, who is my real hero as much as Attila, Price Arthur, Robin Good. If you real believer in God, your religion will prevail, but do not do it by force. Just think what kind of blood mix going trough your veins, who were your ancestors, who the heck You you to tell anybody that you are better. And you do, I would just answer to you with the most popular song today on all former Russian States territories”

“Ti kto Takoi, Davai Idi—Do Svidanie.

Ask any Slavic speaking person what that means or youtube it.

  18. I am a 26 year old Icelandic guy with the typical Scandinavian look(tall and blond with blue eyes) and I must say Turkish girls are wonderful. I have had the best time of my life with them. They are warm, loving and passionate, and gorgeous looking. Relations with Turkish girls is just perfect. I really hope more Scandinavian and Western lads will meet Turkish girls. You will never regret it,that I can promise you.

    1. That is really nice to hear this kind of thing about Turkish girls 😀

  19. I’m a Turkish and Muslim girl living in Ankara. I dont think that I would care if the man I love is Muslim or Christian as long as I can get along well with him.

    1. I agree with you but I also think the Turkish men re not good choice for to marry because when u get marry with Turkish man love ending because they never helpful their woman and not nice enough that’s my point

      1. Just follow your heart, but check with your relatives and friends who are older than you are and have more life experience.

    2. Then how come you say you’re Muslim? Islam bans Muslim women marrying non Muslims and everyone knows that.

  20. I don’t meant to be hurtful, but Turkish women are not even all that. They are just OK and nothing else, the same goes for Russian women.
I personally think Italians and Persians are so much better, but that is all in the eye of the beholder of course.Don’t get me even started on certain Arab women, so with all due respect, your jaw just drops on the floor but not for Turkish women, no way. After spending 2 years in Istanbul I was not impressed.
When I see the self proclaimed sign like ” Turkish women are the most beautiful in the world”, I can’t help but laugh loud. That is funny.
No, far far far from that. You should see Brazilian women for example and then make a comment like the above.

  21. I am a Turkish girl and I wont date, flirt or marry a non-Muslim either. Love is a good thing but afterlife is endless and more important. I dont wear hijab either, it’s not compulsory in religion. you shouldnt think that when a girl doesnt wear hijab or headscarf, she’s not Muslim.

If someone says ‘I am Muslim girl but I can date/flirt/marry a non-muslim’ this’s simply wrong because Islam strictly forbids that. according to our religion, it’s forbidded to marry non-Muslim guys as long as they convert to Islam by heart also.

I just dont understand why people say ‘I am Muslim girl but love has no boundaries’, actually if you say love you’re Muslim, then that means you should just care about you are religion and what it says. after all, this’s all about personal choice so I respect some people who think otherwise.

Thanks for your opinions though, regards,

  22. I am an Italian guy who has been dating a Turkish girl for 4 years. I work in Istanbul. I met my Turkish baby in Istanbul. This is her last year at university, we will marry in june.

I have seen lots of Turkish girls. In Turkey, you see any type of girl. Blonde, brunette, dark, blue eyed, hazel eyed, etc. Very much mixed. But Turkish girls are something different, that is for sure. They are attractive, caring, loyal and beautiful. And yeah, they are very jealous. They take care of their men a lot. They are not like “oh boy, you are free and I am free” person. They are loyal and they want their men to be loyal. With a Turkish girl, you can experience the best relationship. Because you know that she will always be nice, feminin, caring and warm to you.

And as far I see, Turkish girls are so much into European men. They like Italian, Swedish, British men. For some, religion is an handicap when it comes to marriage but there are lots of Turkish girls who care about the love more than the religion of the man.

Overall, in general, Turkish girls are lovely, beautiful, feminin and motherly which is so perfect. Every men should visit Turkey and see these loyal and beautiful girls.

  23. Turkish women are mostly Muslim, thus not need to encourage them to marry or date guys from other cultures.

Immigrants to Scandinavia, Europe or N. America are always expected to adapt new culture and perhaps take up the local religion…if the immigrant doesn’t do that, his second generation off-springs will most certainly lose their religious identity.

If European guys are coming to visit Turkey just for dating, a euphemism for sex, then you need to stay and help your fellow country women and keep warm under the winter spells across the North Sea. Women body parts are all the same. Finland has low male population. Please help Finish ladies hearts pump some blood.

Canadians do not travel a lot to Turkey but American men also need to help their fellow American women get rid of that extra calories from the excess food consumption at fast food restaurants.

Women from any culture need early marriages. Some cultures marry off their daughters at age 15 or 16 or even younger. Provided that men treat women right, everyone will be in win win situation with early marriage when the urge to meet is at its strongest from 15 to 35.

Some boys and girls hit off during early high school years. They end up having children as they loose control of their sexual urges…the parents of the young parents start dealing with their new grandchildren who are bore out of wedlock. This usually occurs in Western countries.

The young parents develop dislikes for any further children-direct cause from the complicated relations that come with having children. The start of confused sexual relations, hate towards the opposite sex and the culture of marriage.

In Muslim countries, hardships are dealt with and all the family members contribute a little. Hence, the strong family unit and total respect for parents at any age in Islamic culture. No such thing as elder care homes. Kids later take care of their parents when they become fragile and need around the clock care. Grown children who themselves have jobs and kids to care of help their parents with total appreciation unlike Western ways of having excuses like I have to go to work or tend to my own problems.

Turkish Muslim women are for Muslim men from Turkey and elsewhere in Europe, Mideast, Africa, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh etc. If you are white from Europe and N. America and you are Muslim, you are most certainly welcome. Religion supersedes everything else here. Come with your whatever eye-colour,hair or body type and from wherever, Turkey is for the world; for business, to live, work and marry the person of your dreams.

    Aktasary, Istanbul

    1. “Turkish muslim women are for muslim men only“ Are you a Al-Qaida member or something?? What if a Turkish muslim girl fall in love with a blond blue eyed christian man from northern europe? You gonna stone her to death then??

      1. That person wrote what he wants, Cannot reflect the truth. Turkey is a secular country and so many Turkish girls date or marry foreigner men. No one can stop her except she has extremely strict family, But most of the families in Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir are not that way. They tend to respect the decisions of their daughters.

I see a lot of Turkish girls who like European men. But so many Turkish girls are brainwashed since their childhood. Like “European men do not take care of their wife’s, they share their wife’s. Turkish men take care of their wife’s, they are the real husbands” etc. Trust me, Turkish girls has heard these kind of stuff a lot.

But these are just insecurity of people who keep saying these. They try to destroy the image of European men in the eyes of Turkish girls so that they do not prefer European guys.

But not all of the Turkish girls are brainwashed.

They can see that not all Turkish men are good husbands. Turkish men cheats, beats up their wife’s, this is very common. And they expect so much from the wife. Even if the wife works and brings money to home, she is the one who should cook, because for most of the Turkish men, this is “female duty”. Well, I am talking about the majority.

And not all European guys are like the way they try to show. There are so perfect men in Europe.

Turkish girls are getting educated and they are opening their eyes. 10 years ago, there were not so many Turkish girls who were dating western men. But today, so many.

And by the way, I wish you happiness with you are Turkish girl.

  24. I was born in Pakistan to a Muslim father and Christian mother. Father married twice more without my mother or any family knowing about it, it seems normal for Muslim men to cheat on their wives and lie and marry multiple times.

Not only in Pakistan but in Iran, Saudi Arabia even if you read the Articles on marriage from Morocco, there in the Articles written a man can marry multiple times, I think it is Article number 41.

It is so funny to see how the Muslim girls defend and say only marry a Muslim man they forget to look at their family life and see how their father treated their mother. I have been married to a Muslim women, once she realized how the people in any religion are brain washed from childhood. She started to open her mind. Unfortunately, she died of a car crash.

I am going to marry an Arab woman from Saudi Arabia whom I met on line. I am going to Saudi Arabia in June 2013 to marry her, She is fed up with Arab men and how they treat women she wants to be treated equally and wants to leave the problems she is in. She is well educated passed her Masters and comes from an affluent family. She has never had a boyfriend and is pure, she told me she would not lose her purity to an Arab.

So much for marrying a Muslim. I told her I am leaning towards Buddhism, most people who became Muslim in India came from the Hindu stock. Few came with the invaders rest were converted from Hindus. Anyone from India, Pakistan or Bangladesh have within them embedded the teachings of Buddha, anyway she wants me marry and not to mention my mufti-religion view of the world. Once married and be out of Saudi Arabia and then she will be free to believe in religion wants to. She is brave to shun the system that keeps her subjugated.

  25. I am a 24 years old Turkish girl. My 23 years old sister has married a Danish man.

And for me, yes the religion is important but not all muslim men are good. Rather than marrying a muslim guy who is bad, I would like to marry a Christian man who is good.

My sister met that Danish guy at school. He was an Erasmus student in Turkey. And he was my sister’s first boyfriend. They fell in love with eachothers.

In the beginning, my family was so opposed to this relationship. But so many marriages in Turkey end up divorcing… The nationality or religion do not guarantee happiness and all life long marriages.

So my family changed their minds and they let my sister to marry her Danish boyfriend. My sister is pregnant not and they are happy.

  26. Being Muslim and following Islam is not enough, Islam does not teach cruelty and bad treatment to women. A husband is not allowed to be in Cami overnight if not permitted by his wife.

We are simply sitting on our spiritual book (Quran) we do not read and understand it. Muslim by name, cruel by nature/ personality is not a combination detailed in our book.

I agree with you that many Christians are better than us. we are not good, unfortunately. Really sad.

  27. I’m not very fond of Turkish man cause like Selim they usually want to chase Russian girls. And I’m attracted to tall blond blue/green eyed guys which happens to be not common in turkey.Yet I got fair skin and blue eyes and my dream expats are not usually into me they want the typical Turkish girl look which totally breaks my heart. Of course I’m a Muslim and I wish for the dream expat to believe in God and convert but not becoming a better Muslim than I am then ill be in trouble. I know I’m such a hypocrite to wish these things but that is the case.

  28. I am 19 and a Turkish girl from Istanbul. If I marry one day, I will choose European man rather than a Turkish guy. The world is changing and the opportunities to interact with other cultures will be the next generation of dating.

  29. Listen guys I am from Turkey and I know it very well 99.9% of Turkish girls will choose to marry a Muslim guy because they think all non-Turkish guys are bad guys and secondly our religion is most important to us.

And secondly let me tell you whosoever is commenting here is not Turkish, 98% Turks don’t know English, we have Turkish as national language. There is no English language in Turkey.

    1. I have met a lot of Turkish women living in the EU and I have never met one who did not have some command of the English language. That is not to say there are not a lot who do not speak any English, but English is everywhere and universal and most Europeans like Turkish people speak some level of English, even if from the movies and songs they listen to they get it from osmosis.

Religion is important in Turkey and that is one of the reasons the society is so intact. Yet, there are good men from the West that can marry a Turkish girl.

    2. Rabia, I am a Turkish girl too. And let me warn you, there are a lot of Turkish girls who prefer foreigner men. I also would not mind to marry a foreigner guy.

We don’t think that foreigner guys are bad, this sounds so “ignorant”. Good or bad guys can be from any country. Only ignorant Turkish girls may think that way, since they are brainwashed.
Yes, religion is important. But do you think all Turkish men are perfect muslims? There are so many Turkish guys who are into adultery, alcohol and that kind of stuff. They are just “paper muslims”.

Rather than marrying a Turkish guy who has sex before marriage with women, is bad, abusive, sexist, etc just because it says “islam” on his identity card, marrying a lovely foreigner guy is 100 times more preferable, at least for me.

Ayrıca sen nasıl İngilizce biliyorsan, İngilizce bilen binlerce hatta milyonlarca Türk var. There are so many good schools in Turkey, people learn English, the way you have learned English. To be honest all of my female friends in Istanbul can speak very good English.

    3. I agree with you. you are absolutely right we are Muslims and we must get marry to Muslims. We believe in Allah, Muhammad PBUH, Quran, Angles and we offer five time prayer. So we should prefer our religion first.
I am from Pakistan and we prefer religion first. May Allah lead us on right path of Islam.

    4. I hope people here see that is a Muslim women to marry a non-muslims they will go to hell. They do not understand Muslim teaching and do not believe what I believe so they will go in Janat ul Firdous.

I know the mind of God.

In Islam we have to respect all religions but no love or marriage with outsiders or you will punished forever.

      1. So what you are saying is, the all loving, all merciful God, will throw his own children into the fires forever because they have love in their heart in marriage?

Do you think that people should see religion your way, or they are wrong and you will judge them?

        Only God is the judge.

Do you think God is a man in a white suit watching our private areas? Is that your vision of the Creator of the universe? I am just asking you personally, no a comment on Islam or relgion. You personally how do you see God?

If there are people who interpret Islam in a different way then you personally do, maybe have an open dialogue with them, to try to understand their point of view. They call themselves devout Muslims too. I am ignorant about Islam. teach me with love and compassion why some people who hold this faith say women can marry people of the Book and some say you can not?

Read some books by Hans Kung or Joseph Campbell on comparitative religions. If you have the love of God in your heart try to see things from other people’s views, while staying true to your own. But to judge people, is only God’s job. We are lucky God is all loving and merciful or none of us would be saved.

A lot of our view points in life are culturally and psycholigically determined rather than objective truth.

I guess my question to you is do you believe God is love?

  30. I know many will protest me, but the fact is Muslim woman can’t marry a non-Muslim guy. It doesn’t have anything with intolerance, it is about keeping their kids faithful. For a Muslim, this life is a test and a way for his/her second life, you have to prepare yourself for the test and pass it.

    1. You are right but a person’s being muslim does not mean that he is a virtuous guy. There are millions of muslim men who have sex before marriage, drink alcohol, are abusive and bad.

A person’s being muslim does not guarantee anything.

Rather than a bad “paper muslim”, I prefer a lovely non-muslim guy.

      1. Of course you are right Muslim men are not all perfect. Marriage in Islam requires some conditions from both sides. A muslim woman doesn’t have to marry a muslim man who drunk addicted or he is not a pious muslim.

      2. Yes I agree with you. Muslims boys do relations before marriage but they recite Qalma they have faith on Allah and last Prophet Muhammad PBUH. this is the main reason they must prefer. They will be punished in the day of justice and after that they will enter in heaven and it will be the big achievement for them.

  31. Oh really so Muslim women cant marry non-Muslims? The religion is there for a reason OK? So you live by it not just call yourself a Muslim and go for whatever you like. While not praying not helping others instead drinking, gambling, hooking up with women treating them poorly. Lying, cursing, beating them. Whats left? You don’t eat pork and not marrying a non-Muslim. Yeah congrats perfect Muslim.

    That’s just hypocrisy to me.

I’m not saying you are doing it I don’t know you but the most Turkish men I know they are doing it and that’s the image on most of you. Rarely good examples and not doing these things what are the odds, one good in 30? That’s my observation I dare you to challenge me. I got one great dad and rest people I know in the family and outside the family got at least one of these habits.

Look, it is not about being Turkish, Muslim or not it is being a decent person or not. If the non-Turkish non-Muslim guy happens to have better traits and personality why wouldn’t I get to marry him if I know that he is going to treat me equally as a woman and better than an average Turkish/Muslim guy. Basic, statistically speaking i got a better shot finding that unique men by extending my target sample rather then sticking to on low possibility finding that one good men among large mostly not good ones sample.

  32. I am a 23 years old Turkish girl who has liked blue eyed guys all the time. Actually, I have green eyes and light brown hair too.

And besides the look, I also like how European men behave. I have never dated any Turkish guys but I see from my friends that relationships with them are mostly very problematic.

Turkish guys expect a lot from the girls. They have so high hopes and they want girls to be perfect which is very boring. We are all human.

And Turkish guys really don’t know what they want. Let me put it this way. If a girl has some sexual experiences with them, they think she is an easy girl. So, a lot of Turkish girls do not share these kind of things with Turkish guys. But also, if they don’t share any physical relations, then Turkish guys think that she is boring.

Honestly, these are just annoying stuff that life is too short to cope with these. So a lot of Turkish girls (especially in big cities) started to date/marry European guys who are better looking and easy going.

In Germany, most of the well-educated Turkish girls have been getting married German men.

Because, trust me, coping with the demands of Turkish guys is very boring.

And as you also know, average Turkish male height is around 1.70-1.74. They are not tall or handsome in general. Well, any typical Turkish guy is not my type. I like tall men with blue eyes.

It seems that foreign men in Turkey (big cities like Izmir, Ankara and Istanbul, because Turkish girls living in these cities have relatively less male dominance pressure on them) have an advantage over the Turkish men.

Turkish girls love nice guys. For appearance. It depends on the girl. Some like blonde men, some like darker men. If a Turkish girl loves a guy, no one can stop her.

So, I can just say “welcome” to all those foreigner guys. As long as you are nice with Turkish girls, they will be nice with you too. I can guarantee that.

  33. Nobody mentioned that but if you are searching ‘List of Ottoman Grand Viziers’ from Wikipedia, you can see mostly aren’t Turkish.
So why it is impossible. Being Muslim or Other religions are a choice for people.Nobody wants to force someone being Muslim. You chose this be or not. Yes it is rule of Islam which isn’t force to you to do something.

  34. Islam forbids women to marry non-Muslims under any circumstance and those who defy this order will be sent to hell for eternity. This is what Islam says.

But most of Turkish girls are Muslims for only namesake, they wear bikinis and do adultery and much more. In nutshell there is no Muslim thing in Turkey.

I wish, Muslim leaders should declare Turkey as non-Muslim country

  35. Demet, We definitely need more tall blue eyed good men. If not Turkish way better. I definitely agree all the things you said, amen.

  36. I wrote that most grand viziers werent Turkish but They worked for Ottoman Empire.Anyway most of them married Sultan’s daughters.Pargalı Ibraim Pasha(half Greek half Italian) married Kanuni Sultan’ sister Hatice Sultan, Rüstem Pasha (Crotian) married Kanuni Sultan’s daughter Mihrimah Sultan,Halil Rifat Pasha (Georgian) married 2.Mahmud’s daughter Saliha Sultan.Ferid Pasha(Serbian) married 1.Abdulmecid’s daughter Mediha Sultan.Halil Pasha (Armenian) married 1.Ahmed’s daughter.Hasan Pasha(Greek) married 4.Mehmed’s daughter Hatice Sultan. Davud Pasha (Albanian) married 2. Bayezid’s daughter. Hekimoğlu Ali Pasha has Turkish mother and Italian father.I give especially examples from history. So why it that impossible marriage with other nations?

  37. All the things that were written in the comment section was lovely. Thank you guys.

I am a Turkish girl and I am dating a Spanish guy. I love him so much. We get along with each others just perfectly. As long as couples are respectful and caring, it does not matter what your nation is.

  38. İ am Anatolian Turkish girl 🙂 İ can say Turkish men are very good looking . We speak a foreign guy, they become angry. They warn us to stay away. Me and my friends are very beautiful girl we have colored eyes too 🙂
Turkish men do not like us 🙁 Men say bad words to us I feel very bad. They are all sub human! they beat we. They say bad things to our faces. Many have cried my friend. They’re playing with us when we fall in love with them, I do not care for turkish men! (I am 17).

  39. Selim i live Central Anatolia ! I have black hair with green eyes my mother have light brown eyes my sister have blonde hair with green eyes we never mixed slavs! there is lot of people have light eyes i never seen jet black eyes :))

  40. Hello everybody my name is Kenny and I had a wonderful visiting Istanbul back in March of 2002.Back in the states have a good Turkish friend who is from “Uskudar”and every two or three years he visits his family etc. He asked me if I wanted to come with him and spend three weeks with his family and I said yes. I’m glad, I did because Istanbul was absolutely wonderful to visit!I know about 200 words of the Turkish language and I would like to learn more!I’m currently living in South America as an “ESL” instructor but I am seriously thinking about going to Turkey to teach English in the future. I would like to correspond with Turkish women, to start off with. I’m very cautious when it comes to relationships, in other words,I would like to be friends first and if something happens then great!I’m 45,divorced and no children etc. I like to travel. I speak several languages fluently(Spanish, French, Italian and Russian) and I would like to learn Turkish also.I am one meter and 86 centimeters tall and have blue eyes and I also like to listen to Turkish/oriental music from time to time.

  41. You guys wrote so many goods things about us Turkish girls. I am really flattered, thank you so much.

Turkey has all kinds of people. Some Turkish girls do not want to marry non-muslim guys and some of them are okay with the idea that their husbands can be a non-muslim.

Indeed, there are so many examples of Turkish girl & foreigner guy couples, even in the history (for example Pargalı İbrahim Pasha-a Greek man- married Suleiman’s sister, Hatice Sultan in Ottoman Empire =)). But their number have never been so high because of Turkey’s culture.

In Turkish culture (and in Islam as well), Turkish girls should not be with non-muslims and non-Turks (it has nothing to do with the religion, it’s a cultural thing).

So many families are not okay with that. But still, in recent years, I have started to see so many girls who are married foreigner guys.

And interestingly, Turkish girls tend to like men from so many countries such as Germany, Italy, Sweden, Estonia, Russia, Korea… Well you name it. I have seen Turkish girls who are dating with men from those countries I have written. And lastly, I have seen a Turkish girl who is married a Japanese guy, her name is Sergül Kato, you can find her blog on the internet.

Well, I have mentioned about all these to say that even though our culture want us to stick to our local guys, so many Turkish girls still like foreigner men and when they truly love, no one can stop them.

  42. I find the generalizations of Turkish women quite accurate but also reading the stereotypical Turkish woman categorization from the perspective of a western man rather amusing:)
I myself am a Turkish woman who definitely agrees that Turkish women are attractive as opposed to Turkish men. I think I will soon become interested in women here, sorry but Turkish guys are physically (to me) not the most attractive kind.

    1. Turkish guys might be too close and familiar to you. Genetics and human evolution has a deep influence on choosing a mate. Perhaps your genes are calling your to mix and you do not even know it. I mean is a blond-hair blue eyed sweet guy might be more appealing to you? Who is more appealing, Brad Pitt more than the guy next door.
In my case I am such a guy, Northern European looking and my life is dark featured. The lucky thing for me is she is from my culture, that is our core beliefs are the same. So I have a physical opposite and a cultural similar.
If you are a devout Muslim this could be an issue but not unsupportable.
If it is not looks but culture or behavior that turns you off about them, you could look for a Spanish guy. Many might convert to Islam if they are in love and that is a requirement for you.

I personally would pull out all stops and not restrict myself by my religion or culture. I would marry someone from any religion as I believe we are all children of God. Look all around the world. Do not life life pass you by. You deserve happiness. It is more a matter of finding the right one. Can you travel though Europe or try Internet dating on good sites?
I met my wife on vacation.

  43. I am a Turkish woman from Istanbul, Ottoman roots (coming from an old Ottoman family in Istanbul, funny to say that, it is a new stupid trend now) went to school in Istanbul and worked internationally, travelled all my country and more than 20 countries in the world. Lived in different countries. Most of my Turkish friends are like me.

I do speak 5 languages and thanks to that I’ve learned not to care about the differences between people. Hate to hear cliches and stereotypes, dislike to hear people asking me whether I feel western or eastern. They are really boring after a while. I belong to Istanbul, that is it. I am as I am, you see: Everything is relative. People called me Brazilian, Hawaiian, Latin, mixed American Indian, American, British(what?), French. Oh, enough. To me, I look like a girl from Kazakhstan too! People can be funny sometimes. But hey, I am just an ordinary one from Istanbul.

About the beauty. There is no the most beautiful people’s country in this world. Every people has different eyes. We have one life, do not let other s to shape your mind.

Oh, I am happily married with an Italian guy since 12 years. Still in love with him like crazy. Not because he is Italian, it is only because I love this man. I really do not care about the rest.

  44. The Turkish race has the Ottoman Empire to thank for their ‘exotic’ appearances and offspring. The average Turk has darker features; brown hair and eyes, olive skin; the typical arabic description. The Ottoman Empire, from mid 1300s to 1800, conquered land and countries in Europe, taking Christian, foreign women as their brides (after they were forcefully converted to islam of course). Boys as young as 6, were taken away from their homes in the Balkans and Greek Islands, to Turkey where they were also converted to islam, and integrated into Turkish society.
Turkish women and men with the occasional blue or green eyes and blonde hair, is only because of the Slavic roots they have. This may not be ALL cases because genetics may play a SMALL factor, eg: the 1 in 100,000th Indian that might have blue eyes, even though no-one in the family has them.

  45. I am a South American guy living in Europe. I met several people from Turkey during my studies and I gotta say I am a big fan of their culture, they are open, talkative and a lot of fun, very social. Apart from religion, they are a lot like us Latin Americans.

As for the girls, I visited Istanbul not long ago and WOW. I mean, I knew Turkish girls were beautiful but believe me, in Istanbul it’s a whole new level. And I live in Sweden, but I would change a million Swedish girls for that one Turkish girl I befriended once. She left before I could tell her how I felt and man I regret it. She is perfect; funny, well-educated, not at all the submissive type people might think girls from Muslim countries are, not at all. She is quite opinionated and loves reading, and still she is very sweet and has a romantic side. And she is beautiful too. She’s perfect!

So that’s my story, a big fan of Turkish girls who still can’t get over his Turkish friend. And I am pretty sure most of Turkish girls are that special.

  46. ”I’m Turkish and blonde, I complain about people who think I’m from Europe blah blah” You’ve just read a self bragging sentence that you hear from blonde Turks. They say they don’t like it but that’s a lie. Ask them and they will tell you that they don’t find Turkish men/women attractive because ”Russian girls” and ”Italian men” are way better (according to the common taste). I seriously laugh hard when I hear someone complaining being blonde.

By the way it’s true most blondes have slavic ancestors but 100% Turks can be blonde as well. Also darker skin color usually belongs to Kurdic/Arabic etc. originated people. And blue/green eyes are not like an ”Alien” thing.

  47. I gone through some concept ions about Turkish girls given by different people in this forum. I am a Middle Eastern female. I would say that it depends what type of culture and life style you follow that you want to see the same thing in Turkish girl. As far as I know Turkey is Muslims and moderate thought of country therefore, you will find mix culture there Eastern and Western. Now it upto you how do you find Turkish girls according to their life style. Example, if you brought up or like western culture definitely you will like western/ moderate thoughts of girl.
These days I am watching one Turkish drama serial with urdu translation (The little bride – Küçük Gelin). By watching this drama i found that Turkish Muslims girls have some thoughts same like Pakistani girls. The difference is only their dressing and their beauty. Turkish girls wears skirt cover upto their foot while Pakistani girls wear Shalwar Qameez.
If you talk about Turkish beauty yes it is different from Pakistani girls. Turkish girls are fair in colour resembles like Arab.

I like Turkish people because Turkey is best friend of Pakistan. I have a desire to visit once in my life Turkey.

  48. I will just say this to balance out the negative ones.
I would marry guys not based on their religion but how they respect other people’s views. I don’t think I would consider myself a Muslim but I am not that close to atheism either. A sceptic maybe, or agnostic. In my experience, both conservative and atheist guys have been annoying. Conservative guys on being intolerant and acting like they are high above and atheist guys by being often too ignorant or ego filled.
Personality and behaviour matters a lot more and I have been on better terms with guys on mid-range when it comes to religion. I don’t know, as long as I don’t feel annoyed it is OK.

But again I have came across this site so randomly. I don’t think you should just pick a girl by her nation as if picking some clothes brand.

    1. But yeah I probably wouldn’t go through trouble with dating a foreigner guy over some long distance relationship. I wouldn’t bother unless I knew he was living in Turkey since I am still attending a university& have a part-time job I will be probably continue working at after I graduate and so I am just settled here. I did once date a Japanese I met at my campus since I knew he didn’t have to fly back home next week and he was at least here for 2 years.(didn’t last that long of course but saves a lot drama if any chance of going through a long relationship).
If you approached me at somewhere I would probably warn you that I wouldn’t be interested although I wouldn’t mind keeping talking after that. Yes, we are talkative.

  49. I would not date a Turkish man. You know why? Because they are raised by uneducated moms, spoled and raied to act like a king. Do you want to live with a spoiled kind? Turkish woman are beautiful in contrast.

I am living in the center of Istanbul and even here, when I leave house the nightmare begins. All the men sit in front of their little shop and look at my face and my body like they will eat it. In the bus they come closer and touch with their instrument. In and field of work, my boss wants one thing from me and you can guess what that is as if it is a requirement of the job.

Even last day I was out for studying alone in a cafe, a guy came and started talking to me and like any other obsessive Turkish man he didnt stop. I’m just not interested in you.

Its a long story but i will change my country because I cannot stand living among this unhealty society anymore.

By the way I love German and Dutch men. Also Spanish are always welcomed. Ive dated with a Lebanese guy and he was perfect.

Also I’ve known a Persian guy living in Istanbul, he was so nice too. That is all I want as a woman someone to see me as more than a vessal to pollinate genetic material for recreation.

  50. Women want to marry because they run from poverty? Huh, guys let me explain you, Turkey is not Ukraine, Georgia or any Arab country that people live in misery. Generally these countries’ women marry Turkish guys to run from poverty. Do not mix the issues. Turkey is developing country and much successful and richer than Brazil and Poland about that. Also note that Turkish women do not really prefer to marry a foreigner.

    1. Turkey is not richer than Poland or Ukraine? What are you talking about, Poland is an EU nation and you can not even compare the average standard of living. Ukraine is a beautiful northern country with a sophisticated economy. I can appreciate your zeal for your own country but Turkey has always been known as the poor man of Europe. This will change. But today, many Turkish women want to escape the oppressive social environment they will have when they marry a Turkish guy. Turkish culture is still male dominated and this means basic rights of women are questionable in a marriage. In modern cities and among professional and the educated this is not the case, but still if I was a girl I would not marry a Turkish guy.

      1. Hi. I am a fan of this page, and I like to see how you can pick up girls from Europe, since I traveled there, and did not engage in any flirtation. Yes I traveled there, so I am slightly baffled with this being the most popular blog. I have gone throughout various parts of Europe, and I have seen many beautiful girls, be it Spain, Italy, France, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, Latvia, Hungary, The Nordic areas, and even throughout the U.K. However, when I entered Turkey, I realized the place had a variety of phenotypes. There were a few western-looking Turks, but the rest, not so much. The majority Turkish girls had rougher facial features compared to any of their European counterparts. It is a bit baffling when I saw that some of the men here claimed Turkish women looked “better” than Western Women. Considering I am from a Western culture(United States), so I am used to my peers claiming White women being considered plain compared to other ethnicities, and also feministic and loud. Also, men go for a simpler East Asian women. I am also aware of good looking/bad looking women throughout ethnicities. My only gripe is Turkish women the best of Europe? You may not agree with my opinion, but in the Turkish media the best looking women were the Euro-looking Turks. Heck, some of the women were also Turkish mixed with another European. If anything, the Turkish media is endorsing European women as the best looking ethnicities. Based on my observations, and the top models of Turkey, Turkish women are just different from the rest of the Europeans(no disrespect intended for the citizens of Turkey). I can understand if Turkish girls were popular for a different category, but the most popular in the European category? I am still baffled.
