This post will give you Wedding vows in Ukrainian. I am Ukrainian and American. Ukrainian weddings are both Ukrainian catholic in the west around Lviv and Orthodox in the East around Kiev.
Wedding vows in Ukrainian
Жених: Я, (ім’я), беру тебе, (ім’я), за жінку,
і прирікаю тобі любов, вірність, і чесність подружню,
і що не залишу тебе аж до смерти. Так мені, Боже,
поможи, в Тройці Святій єдиний, і всі святі.
Невіста: Я, (ім’я), беру тебе, (ім’я), за мужа,
і прирікаю тобі любов, вірність, і чесність подружню,
і що не залишу тебе аж до смерти. Так мені, Боже, поможи, в Тройці Святій єдиний, і всі святі.
The English translation of these wedding vows in Ukrainian.
The groom: I, (name) take thee (name), wife;
and promises to you, love, loyalty, honesty and married,
and that will not leave you until death. So to me, O God
help in one Holy Trinity and all Saints.
Bride: I, (name) take thee (name), the man
and promises to you, love, loyalty, honesty and married,
and that will not leave you until death. So to me, O God, help us in the Holy Trinity one and all the saints.
