Ingredients:
1 white fish
salt
1 tea-spoon of flour
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1 tbs of butter
2 bay leaves
1 tea-spoon of celery seed
3-4 cloves
1/2 a tea-spoon of red pepper
a pinch of thyme
1/2 a tea-spoon of ginger
2 egg yolks
1/2 a cup of chopped parsley
few lemon slices
1. Cut the fish into pieces and salt, let stand.
2. Cut onion and garlic in thin slices, fry in butter. Stir in flour until golden brown.
3. Make sauce – boil 1,5 cup of water with celery seed, paprika, bay-leaf, a few cloves, thyme, black pepper and ginger and salt to taste.
4. Add the fish to the sauce and cook it for about 25 minutes.
5. Remove the fish to a plate.
6. Beat the egg yolks with a little water and stir in the sauce with some chopped parsley. Let it get very hot and pour over the fish.
7. Decorate with lemon slices and parsley.
