Clean and season the sweetbreads with salt and pepper and sprinkle
with lemon-juice and chopped parsley. Roll in fine bread-crumbs and
fry in hot lard. Fry some eggs and put on a platter with the
sweetbreads and serve with tomato-sauce.

I thought sweetbread was some type of cake. Its brains. I once tried to make this, it tasted amazing. Then I thought about what I was eating and I could not eat meat for a week. But many people like it.
