Ingredients:
1 trout fillet
1/2 a cup of sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil
3,5 ounces of bacon
3,5 ounces of spinach
1 small onion
1 cup of sour cream
2 tbs of lemon juice
2 sof boiled eggs
1 tbs of butter
salt and pepper
1. Cut the fish into straps, long and thin enough so they can be rolled.
2. Sprinkle them with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
3. Pell onion, slice it.
4. Cut bacon and tomatoes into straps.
5. Place onion, bacon and tomatoes on fish straps.
6. Roll the fish with stuffing tight, put a toothpick trough it.
7. Put the rolls onto a backing sheet and bake it in 350F for 15 minutes. In a meantime prepare sauce.
8. Cut spinach, melt butter and fry spinach, add some salt and pepper, add sour cream.
9. Let it simmer for few minutes so it thickens, mix it from time to time.
10. When the fish rolls are ready, pour them with sauce.
