Ingredients:
2 pounds of fish fillet
2 cups of white wine
1 carrot
1 onion
1 parsnip
1 celery steam
1/2 a cup of chopped parsley
2 bay leafs
3 tbs of butter
1 lemon
salt and pepper
1. Wash, peel and chop vegetables.
2. Boil the wine with 1 cup of water and spices for about 12-15 minutes.
3. Cut the fish in few good size pieces, put it in wine and cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
4. Melt the butter and slice the lemon.
5. When the fish is ready put in on a plate.
6. Pour the butter on top, decorate the fish with lemon and parsley. Boiled fish goes very good with mashed potatoes or asparagus.
