This is my own: Mark’s Polish sauteed spinach recipe. I like fresh baby spinach I get from the market. I use about two large handfuls and add a mix of butter and olive oil. I saute this with about five chopped pieces of Polish garlic. (Polish garlic is actually pink not white). Add salt. Now garlic can be added, even a dozen pieces. It depends how much you love garlic. Garlic is known as Polish penicillin. A mix of Spinach and garlic can not be bad for you.
My wife adds eggs. I prefer it lighter. She is from Poland. My grandparents were Polish and Ukrainian and I live here. So its up to you if you want a light or heaver version of Polish sauteed spinach.
In a Polish milk bar, they will add dried pieces of rolls. This makes it thicker.
Let me know if you have any other ideas for Polish sauteed spinach recipe.
