		<description>My aunt was making kvas for cooking white borscht for Easter.  She did the rye bread,yeast and water fermentation.  Then she cooked it with some veggies, and on Easter Sunday she would serve it warm, and everyone would add in their diced hard boiled egg, some kobasa, ham and flavor it with horseradish.  Maybe this is a different Kvas.</description>
