It is a good, quick meal for cabbage fans. For this one you need young, fresh cabbage.
Ingredients:
1 young cabbage
5 tbs of butter
1/2 a cup of bread crumbs
salt
1. Wash cabbage well.
2. Cut it in a half and then each half into slices 4.
3. Boil cabbage slices in salty water for about 10-12 minutes (until soft). Drain it.
4. Dredge in bread crumbs and fry gold it with butter. Serve hot.
