Ingredients:
2 pounds of potatoes
4 eggs
1 ounce of butter
flour
salt and black pepper
frying oil
1/2 of chopped onion
1. Peel potatoes and boil them in salted water for about 15-20 minutes until tender.
2. Drain, cool and mash them and mix with eggs and butter. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Gradually add flour – enough to form into dumplings.
4. Fry in hot oil until brown.
5. Serve hot sprinkled with chopped, fry onion.
