- Make a tomato sauce with minced tomatos and fresh basil, three minced fresh garlic and olive oil.
- In a seperate pan fry two cups of chopped lamb meat in olive oil, which has either been soaked in rosemary oil or herbs or the rosemary needle rolled into the meat.
- When the lamb is goldlen.
- In the sauce pan add some sweet wine, pepper and salt.
- Stir the lamb in the sauce. You can add one bay leaf but I think it is pretty strong, or Italian herbs.
- Then make the pasta or macaroni and pour the sauce over the noodles.
Why Lamb is good
If you eat lamb you will lose weight! In theory. See lamb as l-carnitine. Carnitine looks like carnivorous. This means it is found in meat. Lamb as about 250 mg per serving. Which is a lot. Its the highest concentration in any food. L-carnitine is what weight lifters use to ‘cut up’ when training. It helps shuttle fat and use it for energy, therefore in theory you can lose weight.
