		<description>I was searching the internet for a sourdough rye bread recipe and found a polish recipe that seems to be just like the bread I grew up with ....in Bavaria :)
So I got curious and searched more Polish recipes and found more food I remember eating when I grew up .... in Bavaria :)
I guess Polish recipes are pretty close to Bavarian recipes...and I agree what you said about wild berries....and wild mushrooms!! I miss them a lot here in the States...where everything is grown commercially and therefore lacking in flavor big time :(
