I went to a New England Prep school. It was an all boys English boarding school.  I grew up in a preppy family. I had a reasonable interaction with two all girls prep schools for girls growing up. I am not an expert on preppy girls, I know Russian girls better ironically, as I now live in Eastern Europe and am married to a Eastern European girl. However, I do know about prep girls.  If you are a guy looking for a preppy girl I highly recommend reading this post.

What preppy girls are about

Many prep school girls are very nice, and highly motivated to develop their minds.  They have great style and are very tempting to date.  However, the fact is, pretty boys or the the well to do are the ones who date preppy girls.  If you are an average guy, there is no way you will get close to a preppy. And if you do chances are your relationship will be short lived.  This was my experience.  I thought I was from the same social economic background as these girls so maybe I would try to date them.  Wrong.  They were looking for someone better. Someone who distinguished themselves in very traditional ways.  I was on a different path in life.

The reason preppy girls are attractive is the are reminiscent of a nostalgic good girl clean look from the 1960s. However, the reality is many preppy marriages and relationships are some of the worst I know.

I recommend Russian girls over preppy girls

After I got over the initial rejection I experienced with girls the first 25 years of my life I discovered that maybe it was not me but simply I was different. I was not materialistic and ‘I would rather sit on pumpkin all my own than a crowed cushion of velvet’.  I would rather live in a block of flats in Eastern Europe than Boston’s Beacon Hill.  I would rather learn Russian and languages, than chat about my golf game at the country club.  I would rather travel the world on a backpack than compete with idiots in corporate America.

I discovered that most girls all over the world are more concerned with spiritual values and romantic ideals and values than money.

I look back at the preppy girls of my youth and I really thank God thank I did not end up with one.  I would highly recommend anyone in the same preppy circles to forget about preppy American girls consider beautiful Russian girls.
