One of my favorite past times is going to a city without a map, further not speaking the language and just exploring with my own eyes and ears. I have always had my best adventure with this tack. You can read the guide books after you return and wow, that is where I was.
There are about 2 million people in Bucharest and with a large student population. Lets say there could be a up to a quarter of a million single Bucharest women if you include all the students.

If you are foreigner coming to Romania to look for Bucharest women, beware that there are many clubs and night life places that are focused on making you spend money. Stick to the places the locals and Romanian student girls go rather than some shady club for over eager men.

If anyone has anything to add please do add comments. I am not an expert on the women of Romania, it is only based on my experience. I think very highly of the country and the people there. With a decent country like Romania I recommend ladies for long term relationships as they are looking for marriage love and a family.

I imagine the student population in the city dies down in the summer and most people are off to that black sea area. and since it is a capital city, it would be harder to get a girl due to it being more like the America in terms of influence. same like Moscow or Warsaw. the other cities in Romania may have better choices. And from a book I read capital girls are not the best out of the best.
On this one you are 100% right. Capital girls are not the best girls in Romania or anywhere in the world. Capital cities are usually the business and cosmopolitan center, except ironically in the USA. But in a place like Bucharest this is the case. However, the good news is, many of the girls are really still wholesome corn feed girls from the village who are seeking work or school in Bucharest and not necessarily spoiled, yet.
there are other towns dedicated to universities in romania from what i heard.
in european countries if a university is for example in a bucharest, most of the students that grew up in bucharest attend whatever universities are in bucharest. they won’t go to another university in romania. if they do go to another university it will be in another country.
capitals and its regions are always in most cases richer than the other areas.
as for the “spoiled, yet”, No woman can get spoiled unless she is a weak minded person. And in Eastern Europe if a girl becaomes spoiled she can face punishment for trying to be too american.
Oh and as for the whole black seas. When I lived in Italy, during the summer, most university students leave the big cities like Rome or Milan. They end up going to the Medeterranian usually to the south. Same in France as well.
So summer time in bucharest must be the same, and omly women left in the city are in thier 30s and above. the 18-25 kinda vanishes away.

The capital of Romania has wealth, but most of the country is poor. Not dirt suffering poor, but poor to the point that they can only survive with EU membership.
And having high flying cars does not make a country rich when the people that own those cars are relatives of ex-communist officals. So don’t be a moron. Angela, In the USA you get a lot of guys that speak rounded American English “hey guys lets get some burgars and go to the sports bar”. On the other hand you get some geeky guys who hang out in bookstores or outdoor guys that go camping in rock climbing or workaholics etc.
Therefore, of course like I said any cultural generalizations about Romanian or American men are just that, not applicable to reality when you meet individuals. The key thing is if you are in the USA take the opportunity to travel or if you have no money connect with people you have interests with by doing regional things, I do not know where you are but I could make suggestions.
Believe me the USA is like, everyone works and gets home at 7pm and stays in the hobbit hole with a netflicks video. People in Europe go out to cafes and really mingle more. However, that being said, it is possible to find someone in the States. I would recommend guys that are close to your world view in terms of religion or intellectual life. The worst thing is to date a beautiful person but you do not see the world in the same way. For example, you want to go to some used bookstore on the weekend and he wants to go to watch the game with his friends. That is hopeless if you ask me.

Just because a country has lots of expensive cars doesn’t make it rich. I was in Uganda, East Africa and Ghana, West Africa, two very poor countries, with Uganda, jus being plain depressing. I never saw so many mercedes, BMWs, land rovers, land cruisers, etc as I saw in Africa. The country was loaded with luxury cars. THe reason is that there is a lot more rich people per capita in these poor countries then in developed western or 1st world countries. So, there is no middle class. As a matter of fact, in Africa, what you mostly saw was very expensive cars or very junky cars, but not very many cars aimed at middle-class people.
Actually, it cost me more money to live a good life in Ghana, then it does in USA. The rich lifestyle in poor countries like Africa, cater to the very elite upper class. I could go to Indian restaurant in AccraGhana and pay $35 for same meal I could have for $20 in USA. Its outragoues in a country where the average wage is like $3 a day.

I was in Africa for 6 months and I met some very immature and ill-mannered people there who were dirt poor, living in mud huts. I met old men who would marry a 14 year old girl. One guy traded his daughter to an older man for a box of gin.
I met good and bad all over. There are lot of spoiled people in USA, but there are a lot of hard working, diligent and respectful people here. I risked my life going to Africa, helping widows and orphans. I paid my own hard-earned money to go there and helped out orphangages with computer equipment. Nobody helped me, I was not immune to malaria or the many tropical illnesses there.
How mature were the people? I will say they were jealous. Peopel would come up to me , screaming, “give me money!” Old, young , men women. THe pastors at church would be begging me like children to buy them food, give more electronic goods for them. Many of these guys will be spending all day talking to their friends donig nothing, while I work 12 hour day job. They think my money came from heaven and htat I had an easy life.

I came here hoping to find some conversation, as I have found with other people in other forums from other countries…. instead I see everyone going at eachother’s throats!!! Why is that? I would like to know if you or her were religious? Generally, people who shun religion tend to be basing most of their beliefs on more shallow ground. When a man and woman know that God solidifies their relationship, there is not much room for playing around.

I live in Sebia, and been living across the globe in the 90es, from Europe to USA.
This year for the first time, I went twice to Bucharest, and once to Timisoara, (for the business purposes) and I really liked the people, they were like Serbs just talking other language, in which I was able to find so many words from Serbian or Slavic languages. (ieftino, skupo, visnje, vreme, ostrov, zapad, zidar, dragi, prieteni, platit) etc.
Talking about Romanian nation, after the DNA tests, Romanians had 20% of R1a1, while Serbs 18%. It should not mean much, but it means Slavic DNA is more present in Romanians than in Serbs, and comparing the DNA very close nation to Romanians were Serbs, similar percentages of I1b, E3b1, R1a1, etc.

people in Romania have good heart, and are sincere in my opinion, when I was in trouble or needed help, they would try to help me as if I was their relative, and it was touchy.
Many times, people would say Serbs are their fraţi, and after being in Romania I think the same.
