I would recommend North Africa as these countries are the most liberal and safe for westerners.  I have have gone to Morocco and Egypt.  I liked both counties.   You can meet Arab girls on the internet and there are many free dating sites for girls from Arab counties.  If I liked this look and culture I would try this.  Arabic is not as hard as it looks by the way if you want to learn the language.
