Languages and the world
The strangest language in the world is in the Amazon
The strangest language in the world is perhaps a language spoken by a tribe in the Amazon. Its sounds are more like whistles. Almost bird like. Of course they have normal words, but a large part of the vocabulary or mode of expression is simply shireks and whistles. I think this evolved for natural reasons as they lived in the rainforest and perhaps this is the way they communicated over great distances. They have no written language and I am not sure how many speakers exist today.
