One way to improve your memory is to every night before you go to bed, review your day in reverse, in your imagination. That is, see what you did just before you got into bed, then just before that, and before that, until you have your whole day like a movie in reverse.
How this improves your memory
This memory technique, will strengthen memory recall, by reinforce the act of bringing things out of your memory. I think a lot of memory problems are a recall problem. Doing this memory technique will also strengthen your powers of perception, as during the day you will be subconsciously be taking snapshots of the day.
Memory and language learning
How does this help you learn a language? Well with a strong memory you will beable to recall more words, also, if you are studying a language you could focus just on what you did in class or what you studied instead of your whole day.

Hey Thanks!! That’s the best advice i’ve read about improving memory all night =) And effective too! The other factors that help include:
* Concentrating Harder
* A healthy diet
* Sufficient Sleep
* Relating information to known facts
* Involving as many senses as possible (e.g typing = sight and touch)
* Effective management of stress
* Organisation of Information
There are tons of ways in improving our memory. Like eating the right food and exercising our brain. If we use our brains more often, we can actually improve our memory.
