As it stands now I am working on a program that is MP3 and can be downloaded 100% to your mp3, that is works without a computer, however, it also installs on your computer and will have an interactive half to it for those that like to see and type. The reason is that I think interactive is important as there are three types of learning, 1) Listening 2) Seeing 3) Doing.

Both! I think that it's very likely that in the future we'll see language software companies coming out with accompanying MP3's for their lessons. There are a lot of tools in language learning: classes, texts books, dictionaries, story books, grammar books, MP3's, audio books, dictionaries, practicing with native speakers, etc. A good language learner uses all of these things depending on the language he/she is studying. MP3's tend to be cheaper and quite effective for many things so they're quite in vogue right now. Language softwares like Assimil and Rosetta Stone are also very established and won't be going away any time soon. To me they are simply different tools, both good but for different things. I will use different tools based on what my needs are and how available these resources are to me.
