Obama is an great speaker.  From a language perpective Obama is a great speaker.  I do not like a lot of his Political views, but I do like his speaking. It is relaxed and casual.  If there is a lesson we can learn from Obama it is this. “The person who loses their cool, loses. ” If you can keep your cool in speaking than you will win many friends. If you can talk in plain language to people rather than at people, you can win friends and influence people.  If you talk “at” people and “about” things people will be bored. But if you can talk to a crowd like its a one on one conversation, they you have many fans.

Obama won support of women / girls in the USA I think on his speaking ability. Women respond best to real, authentic and one on one. Men or more about ideas and priciples.  I think Obama one on his ability to speak the language of his target group of voters.

But in the end I have no idea, what he is talking about. He just sounds good.
