He is American, no doubting it…

His mother was American at the time of his birth. I am sorry, but that is all he needs to be born a citizen. My daughter was born in Korea, but she is not Korean, she is American. I have known many Americans who have been married to a non-American and lived in a foreign country at the time of their baby’s birth, their offspring is always considered American unless they take measures to make that not the case.

This does NOT prove anything. If Korea granted my daughter a Korean passport (which they cannot legally do), would I be obligated not to take it if I consider her American? Of course not, just because she were to be granted a passport in a country that does not allow duel citizenship would be no basis for anyone to make assumptions about what I or SHE considers herself to be.

However, bottom line is that Obama was born to an American mother-that makes him American.

I have read site after site, because of the Dec. 1 date by Justice Suiter. If four justices concurred, there has to be a reason, however someone said it was not an order. It seems to boil down to whether you need two parents who are American to qualify as natural born, or just one, and is there an age factor?

His mother is American,and she was 18. His father was not a US citizen. It says “to US parent(s). The other thing is if he gave up citizenship, as some assert he could not get a passport in Indonesia unless he took Indonesian citizenship.

I actually do not expect him to respond. He has a cult following, to whom these issues do not matter, it does not matter to him. He is not yet under compulsion, as I understand it. He sees himself as above improving the confidence of the people, however? Perhaps we are not in his pay scale?

This twenty some mile square contaminated area is the reason for much illness in Iraq. Iraq and America kept this quiet to avoid more attempts at obtaining these resources. Our Military, as usual has to bear the load, while all the idots at home whine and cry.

Obama is a big greenpea, and he ran on a false anti-war propaganda campaign, when he never even held a single, meeting while chariman of the Afghanistan oversight committee. The reason for taking out the regime were numerous, and necessary.

He may wind up to be non Indonesian, and one parent will qualify him, but he is green as green, and naive just like his uneducated followers. His Harvard schooling qualifies him to be what? Plenty go to college. He will wind up retracting everything he ran on!!

He already has stated there will be no tax revsions for two years. And He got his first few intelligence briefings no doubt and found out what the world is doing..

Obama is a UNITED STATES citizen, but he is NOT a Citizen of the United States of America.

A UNITED STATES citizen MAY NOT become president, but a Citizen of the United States of America CAN.

This is quite simple and just requires some reading of the Constitution.

The DNC protected itself by its claim the Obama was a UNITED STATES citizen, but you will note they never said he was a Citizen of the United States of America.

As for getting a Passport, obe MUST provide a signed certified ORIGINAL copy of a birth, showing the City, State. A certified COPY is NOT allowed. It must be the ORIGINAL or and ORIGINAL COPY signed in ink.

Its almost as if theres stupid gas and I am the only one with a gas mask. America was founded because of the oppression of the old system of government, because we need a government that will and has to follow law. After 100′s of year of oppression, America was started with leaders who had seen what leads a country to oppression. They observed it thus they were much wiser in this aspect than any of us today because none of us have seen first hand how a country goes corrupt. Think how bad it must have been that people would travel over 3 months accross the ocean even though they knew half of them would die.
Now that all those who understood why we have a constitution are all dead, Americans have been letting things slide because they dont see this bigger picture. But sadly there is no “new world” anymore, if we dont take hold quickly there will be nothing, NOTHING, any of us can do.
The simple rule to avoid this is review the document that our wise founders have written for us to follow, a document that is trying and was making a great future for us all. Even with so much wrong with America it is still a wonderful place because the constitution is still protecting us.
Every little thing they do to dismiss it is another step forward to the end of the USA. Just watch the news, read a paper, you’ll see little breaches of the constitution everwhere you look.
These people in the white house, and those who run our country who are not in the white house, are only human. They themselves are not at fault, it is simply human tendancy to try to “get it all.” All the money and power, win the game. That is why there is all of us, it is US that makes our America, that makes the the USA.
We are responsible for saying no, that is not right, enough is enough. We are responsible for our own country and hopefully if we start uniting like we always should have and make sure the founding document is followed, we can prove that history does not repeat itself.

If this bum of a president had any respect for his country he would have cleared this up by now. His open borders, bankrupt America agenda to top this off is a disgrace.
