Memory retrieval practice
If you want to learn something do not study it over and over, practice retrieving the information. If you want to learn a word list do not look at the word list, have someone ask you question from the word list. Use flashcards to learn the list, but passive listening is not the most effective way to learn.
A study at Washington University in St. Louis has confirmed this. After 150 years of memory study it appears that the way to improve your memory is by testing and retesting but studying and restudying.
Therefore, poor test takers take note: intelligence, judgement, understanding has less to do with test scores that your simply ability to retrieve information. You want to memorizes something or commit a word list to memory, simply do flash cards or test and test yourself and you will have it in your memory.

Most of the suggestions provided (in here) are for common people and not for people with serious memory problems.. they actually seem to be from ideas right out of the 50′s, nothing new.
To a deaf is not enough to shout, a blind can’t see better if stares more, as a person with pronounced poor memory is not going to remember better if does this or that.
In order to fix those problems you need to get drastic, surgery, implants, stem cells, and if needed, also, medical drugs.

Until there is a limitless pill I think these are very good. I have researched everything A to Z and people are looking for a magic bullet for everything. But believe me I had a brain lesion and nothing beats good living and brain exercises, even image streaming. I believe in traditional rehabilitation more than some high in the pie idea. Stem cells will work in the future but not broadly applied.
